NEIS Lead for Digital Construction (BIM) & Capital Projects.
I have over 27 years of experience leading complex infrastructure projects, digital transformation, and asset management programmes. My expertise spans modern methods of construction (MMC), BIM implementation, and whole lifecycle management in the AECO, FM, and maintenance sectors, working throughout Ireland, Germany, and the UK.
I commenced my career with John Sisk and Son, working in Construction Management on projects ranging from €500k to €100m across several divisions (Pharma, Residential, Civils). I then transitioned to Facilities Management and Project Management before joining HSE Capital & Estates in January 2015.
I am part of the HSE Capital & Estates NEIS (National Estates Information System) team, which delivers a complete digital transition from project conception to the operational lifecycle of the built environment and associated core maintainable assets. I lead the project's Digital Construction and Capital projects and aspects of the NEIS while working closely on the Operations and Maintenance Module.
