Keith is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Construction Manager with 50 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects that improve economies, connect communities, and create jobs and opportunities for local people. He has led Bechtel teams on some of the company’s most challenging rail projects including Crossrail (the Elizabeth line) and tube station upgrades in London, and the Spadina Subway Extension in Toronto. Today, Keith brings his expertise in project delivery to rail and metro customers around the world.
